**Job Title**:
Catering Sales & Client Relations Executive (WhatsApp, Calls & Corporate Outreach)

**Location**: Remote (India-based)
**Industry**: Weddings, Events & Catering Services
**Work Schedule**: 6 days per week, shifts between **8 AM - 12 AM Singapore time**

Job Responsibilities
- **Client Response & Follow-Up**:

- Respond promptly to all **WhatsApp inquiries** from catering customers.
- Follow up with **old clients** to encourage repeat orders.
- Call prospective customers and corporate clients for new business.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to build loyalty.
- **Corporate Sales & Outreach**:

- Build relationships with HR, Admin, and Event Managers.
- Open new accounts and push for **bulk and recurring orders**.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs:

- **Month 1**: $50,000 SGD
- **Month 2**: $70,000 SGD
- **Month 3**: $90,000 SGD
- **Ongoing**: Grow month-on-month revenue.
- Upsell additional services (wedding, decoration, photography, etc.).
- **Admin & Documentation**:

- Create **quotations** and proposals in Zoho CRM.
- Prepare **invoices** accurately and track payments.
- Maintain updated client database, sales pipeline, and reports.

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years’ proven experience** in sales, telesales, or business development (F&B, catering, or events industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills — **English required, Tamil preferred**.
- Hands-on with **Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Mail** (or similar systems).
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales KPIs.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients at once.

Compensation
- **Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 INR/month (≈ SGD $480 - $720).
- **Performance bonus**: Attractive commissions for exceeding monthly revenue targets.
