SAP Security Control Principal Position

He/ she will provide technology leadership to all strategic initiatives around growing & upgrading the core, building a profitable Circular & Low Carbon Solutions Business and stepping up performance and culture.
He/she will be responsible for managing the security & control solutions, defining best practices and lead the roadmap development for the security and control organization.
The SAP Security & Control Principal will lead the efforts around developing the best practice security procedures and guiding principles for our business transformation towards SAP S/4 and manage the SAP security and control related activities as part of the deployment programs.
The SAP Security & Control Principal provides mentoring and guidance to other employees.
He/ she will collaborate across the functions and business units including business units, Internal Controls and Cyber Security team to gain an understanding of business objectives, facilitate solutions, develop approaches, and define deliverables required to implement sustainable solutions while ensuring SOX, SOD and audit compliance. The incumbent will manage programs security and control streams while providing directions for solving highly complex problems and maintaining the highest level of influence on projects and stakeholders.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The SAP Security & Control Principal will manage the solutions around SAP security & control lifecycle (design, development and support):

- Provide hands-on technical management, guidance, and support including system/design/SAP Role review, and ultimately be responsible for the technical SAP Security controls Design.
- Provide expertise technical advice for policies, procedures, methodologies, framework and Security Baseline.
- Ensures that policies and procedures are diligently followed by team members
- Exposure to S/4 HANA Public Cloud Security Solutions with IAG integrations & workflows
- Provides Technical Guidance & Mentorship on Security Designs and policies to cross functional teams - Development and product teams
- Exercise independent Judgement considering broadly defined policies and practices to determine best solutions for complex problems
- Assist by Driving operational excellence and strive for continuous improvements for current control models.
- Developing, based on requirements submitted by the business, detailed technical Security specifications for changes / implementations to SAP systems
- Applied knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, segregation of duties (SOD), and sensitive transaction analysis
- Automation of SAP Security SOX controls via tools such as continuous Control monitoring(CCM)
- Reporting and providing evidences to Internal and External Audit teams
- Draft and update SAP Security Controls SOPs and Procedure documents
- Analyze & understand current role and access restrictions from audit perspective and synchronize with existing SAP GRC access control & SAP GRC Process Control to provide risk-free environment
- Assess and direct IT project activities to ensure compliance with established IT and industry standards.

**Min. Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science or related discipline

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience with SAP Security with multiple SAP Applications
- Excellent Knowledge on SAP Security for all on premise apps and Sap Cloud apps.
- Proven background in large scale SAP project delivery and maintenance and support
