Area Descriptions SAP Security and FIORI Knowledge SAP Skills [Modules / sub Competency] SAP experience 7-10 years of SAP experience in implementation / support / rollout projects. Deep understanding of system landscape Good understanding of project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes. Responsibility Performs S4 SnA administration tasks as well as work in conjunction with other technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Build and maintain documentation and standards. Implement and maintain Roles & Authorization. Should have worked on FIORI Roles and authorizations user management. Knowledge on GRC administration GRC Access control / GRC process control would be an added advantage. Responsible for delivering high quality services to the clients by resolving complex issues ensuring that the issues are resolved within client SLA agreements - General SAP SnA administration Activity Planning Roles & authorization Maintenance Incident Management and resolution. - Security and Compliance Management. - Suggest solution which will benefit to the clients like security Improvement Plan & SOX Audit compliance - Resolve critical and high priority incident;
- Reporting of the service status / metrics on a weekly or monthly basis;
- Documenting new process and periodically reviewing changes to documents;
- Involvement is SOX / security audit to ensure ZERO compliance report. - Design Implement and Support the SAP solution - Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA. - Contribute to competency and work on PoC/PoV's - Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions / methodology etc. - Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing / lead role Skill Competency [Refer to PCE tool to get the Skills] Qualification Graduate or Post Graduation or Professional Certification Preferences Relevant SAP Certification Domain experience/exposure Flexible to work in different time zones
