- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained at all times
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze inventory trends and make recommendations to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve operational processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in inventory management
- Role stands at the crossroads of our supply chain and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in inventory management and operations, preferably in the fragrance or consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
