Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Lucknow. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Analytical and Problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the estate planning or legal industry is a plus
