Lucknow, India IBR TRADE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

Account Executive will be responsible to manage all accounting operations on daily basis including bookkeeping, preparing and filing ITR, TDS, GST returns, reconciliation of bank accounts, coordination, completion of annual audits, preparing, reviewing of financial reports as necessary. He/she needs to process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, department billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers; review and present financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records. The incumbent will be responsible for day to day accounting, Tally ERP, Bank Reconciliation Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, LC, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Statutory Audits Preparation of MIS as per the requirement of the management Accounts Receivable & Payable, TDS working quarterly returns, Advance tax & E-payment GST working, Bills checking & booking, Documentation & Filing, Month/Quarter/ Year End closing, Individual Accounting, MIS Reports, Reconciliations, Banking accountancy with working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts, taxation

**Salary**: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
