**Key Responsibilities**:

- Role stands at the crossroads of our supply chain and financial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of our inventory while also overseeing accurate account records.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Place orders for raw materials in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted production
- Create and maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and invoices.
- Oversee the efficient management of inventory across all sales platforms.
- You will meticulously manage and update our inventory system to ensure accuracy in stock levels, incorporating both incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
- We expect you to conduct regular audits of our physical inventory against our records to identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions immediately.
- We expect you to work closely with the finance team to reconcile inventory accounts and provide accurate data for monthly closings and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile inventory-related accounts and assist in month-end closing activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and interpret financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and accounting processes.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
