**Job Overview**:
As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our travel services. You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing supplier relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing operational processes. Your goal will be to ensure seamless and efficient operations that enhance the overall travel experience for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and meet client specifications.
- Handle any changes or issues that arise during travel to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Supplier Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including hotels, transport companies, tour guides, and activity providers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company and clients.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their travel arrangements.
- Provide clients with detailed information and support before, during, and after their trips.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- **Operational Efficiency**:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of travel operations and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite and travel management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for travel and customer service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
