Operations & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.
Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of our travel agency. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Oversee booking systems, reservations, and customer inquiries to maintain excellent service standards. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to streamline processes and achieve business objectives. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
