**Job Title: Home Loan Trainer**

**Job Overview**:
As a Home Loan Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate loan officers and other staff members on the intricacies of home loan processes, policies, regulations, and best practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring that employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively originate, process, underwrite, and close home loans while adhering to compliance standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**:

- Design comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various roles within the home loan department.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and online modules, to support learning objectives.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing staff.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and technologies to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Deliver training on topics such as mortgage products, loan origination software, regulatory compliance, credit analysis, underwriting guidelines, and customer service standards.
- **Subject Matter Expertise**:

- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to home lending.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for loan officers and other staff members, providing guidance and support on complex loan scenarios and policy questions.
- **Performance Evaluation**:

- Assess trainee performance and knowledge retention through quizzes, simulations, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help employees improve their skills and performance.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Gather feedback from trainees, managers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to ensure learning objectives are met.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure that all training materials and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Emphasize the importance of compliance and risk management throughout training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,899.76 - ₹38,174.29 per month
