Front Office Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Job Title**: Front Office cum Admin
**Location**: Westbay Office, Pathanamthitta
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Joining**: Immediate
**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a warm, well-organised and professional individual to be the first point of contact at our front desk and support our admin operations. You’ll be the face of Westbay—creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner
- Maintain front office cleanliness and readiness
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, bookings and internal communications
- Handle courier services, stationary supplies and office maintenance
- Assist HR and management with clerical support as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Presentable, polite and professional demeanour
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer handling
- Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred
