English Language Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and address their inquiries or concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office procedures and clerical tasks
