As a Spoken English Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing English language training programs for students or professionals who need to improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Your primary goal is to help your students develop confidence in speaking English fluently and correctly.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver customized English language training programs to meet the needs of your students.
- Conduct assessments to determine the language proficiency of your students and design lesson plans accordingly.
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cover a variety of topics, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation.
- Monitor the progress of your students and provide feedback and support to help them improve their language skills.
- Use a range of teaching methodologies and resources, including audio-visual materials, online platforms, and interactive games and activities.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate and engage in the learning process.
- Collaborate with other trainers, administrators, and support staff to ensure the effective delivery of language training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in English language teaching, and continuously develop your own teaching skills and knowledge.
- Assess and report the progress of your students and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and grades.
- Maintain regular communication with students and their parents or sponsors to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
- A teaching qualification such as TEFL or TESOL is preferred.
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and situations.

**Working Conditions**:
Spoken English Trainers work in various settings, including language schools, training centers, colleges and universities, and corporate offices. They may work full-time or part-time, and their schedules may include evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of students. They may also work remotely, delivering lessons online to students in different locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
