If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our International Chat Process and make a difference in our customers' experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers from different countries and regions through chat platforms to provide prompt and effective assistance, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Address customer concerns, questions, and requests regarding our products or services, order status, account information, billing inquiries, and general inquiries.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely, ensuring customers understand the solutions provided and feel satisfied with the support received.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling customer complaints or challenging situations, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, documenting interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer service database.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance customer service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in an international chat process or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages is a strong asset.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining a professional and friendly tone in chat conversations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide timely solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with customer service software, chat platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
