- _HAVE EXPOSURE TO EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES / EVENTS/ BE STRONG IN EVENT PLANNING AND COORDINATION/ BE CREATIVE / PROACTIVE AND A GO GETTER ALONG WITH BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF ACADEMICS._
- Work closely with the principal on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall operation of the school.
- Provide professional leadership in order to secure high quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students
- Lead on pedagogical initiatives and approaches
- Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education
- Support committees of staff and parents that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students.
- Ensure that quality educational programmes take place in a safe, positive and healthy learning environment
- Assist in yearly teacher evaluations, assist in providing guidance to staff and students, and encourage a positive climate in the school.
- Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age and ethnic background.Passionate about teaching and a strong commitment to holistic education
- The ability to inspire students through a genuine passion for learning and a desire to lead them towards outstanding academic outcomes / positive and solution-focused attitude to working life / Demonstrate empathy, humility and genuinely care about children, taking the time to listen and motivate them
