**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Management**:

- Develop, implement, and update curriculum for Interior Design, Fashion Design, and Design Management programs in alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of academic programs through periodic reviews and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation methodologies.
- Monitor student progress and address academic concerns by implementing support systems.

**Faculty Coordination & Development**:

- Organize faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote continuous learning and innovation.

**Student Engagement & Support**:

- Act as a liaison between students and faculty to address academic inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate student mentorship programs and academic advising sessions.
- Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, and workshops to enhance practical learning.

**Industry Collaboration & Events**:

- Establish partnerships with industry professionals, organizations, and companies for internships, live projects, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate design exhibitions, fashion shows, and other academic events to showcase student work.
- Facilitate industry-relevant projects and case studies within the curriculum.

**Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation related to program performance and student progress.
- Work with the admissions team to evaluate and select prospective students.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for academic coordination and learning management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
