**Experience requirements -**
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Office Administrative Assistant and in office administration /operations

**Qualifications -**
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and database literacy
- Independent worker: proactive and responsible, with the ability to learn rapidly and are comfortable with technology.
- Study abroad and/or international living experience preferred

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Communication Management**:

- Liaise professionally with high-profile clients, students, and external stakeholders.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of office activities.
- **Administrative & Clerical Support**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing, and coordinating courier services.
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- **Office Operations**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies, including researching, pricing, and purchasing items as required.
- Maintain an inventory log and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
- **Meeting, Event & Calendar Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, conferences, and appointments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Manage inventory for event material
- **Staff & Team Support**:

- Assist in maintaining staff schedules, attendance records, and leave tracking.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and team initiatives.
- **Travel management**:

- Make travel arrangements and ticket bookings, Hotel Booking for the team.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Support senior management in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance overall office efficiency.

**Compensation -**

Will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the individuals skill set and experience. Potential for revenue share. We are very flexible

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
