Full-Time | 6 Days a Week | Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (45-minute Lunch Break)

On-Site Only - No Remote/Hybrid Mode

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a smart and motivated Growth & Strategy Intern to assist with our market research, competitor analysis, lead inputs and managing data vis a vis entry over excel, and pre-sales outreach efforts. This is a hands-on, full-time internship that offers real business exposure in a fast-paced environment. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about how businesses scale and compete — this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities (KRAs)**:
1) Data Entry & Management
- Accurately input and maintain business data in internal tools and spreadsheets.
- Organize lead and outreach data for easy tracking and follow-ups.

2) Market & Competitor Analysis
- Research competitor features, pricing, and strategies.
- Prepare comparative reports showing where we stand in the market.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations.

3) Pre-Sales Messaging & Outreach
- Assist in nurturing cold leads and tracking engagement.

4) Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Help identify potential customers or businesses on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Maintain a lead list and update outreach progress.

5) Reporting & Insight Sharing
- Create weekly performance and insight reports.
- Share market findings and competitor moves with the internal team.

**Requirements**:

- Must have own laptop
- Available on-site full-time for 6 months
- Good written communication and research skills
- Curious, analytical, and eager to grow in sales & marketing
