Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Convert leads into confirmed reservations to meet revenue targets.
  • Upsell apartments and packages to increase bookings.
  • Address guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to meet guest needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve booking goals.
  • Maintain accurate guest details and booking information.
  • Stay updated on apartment offerings and competitor products.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Handle reservation cancellations and changes efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Travel sales (International Process) or Reservations Sales
  • Only from the Travel/ Hospitality industry, knowing the APAC market
  • Prefer someone who has a degree in Hospitality Management from a reputed institute
  • Excellent communication, sales acumen, and presentation skills
  • High energy levels, good analytical & amp; problem-solving skills, positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Should be a team player
