**Job Summary**:
Mantra Care is seeking a highly motivated and analytical **Strategy and Growth Intern** to support our business development and expansion initiatives. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing growth strategies, conducting market research, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. The intern will work closely with senior leadership to explore new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and help drive the company’s growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new growth opportunities, including emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze industry developments and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on findings from market research.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Assist in developing and refining business strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
- Support the identification and evaluation of potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new business ventures.
- Work on strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of growth initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to support the decision-making process and recommend improvements to strategies and campaigns.
- Create dashboards and reports to track progress against strategic goals.
- **Support Business Development**:

- Assist in identifying potential leads, partners, or clients in line with growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for increasing customer acquisition and retention.
- Help design and implement outreach strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, to attract new customers or partners.
- **Collaborative Strategy Development**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment with growth strategies.
- Provide input on product development and market expansion based on research and analysis.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative ideas and solutions to business challenges.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist in managing projects that focus on scaling operations, improving customer experiences, or expanding into new markets.
- Ensure timely delivery of key milestones and contribute to the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
