**Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is essential for this role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay informed about visa policies, travel destinations, and immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and work with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations, corporate travel policies, and service level agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably in BPO, travel, or consumer services industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, visa processing tools, document management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
