**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Support backend sales processes including preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining CRM records.
- Assist in preparing and sending sales-related documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English** and **basic Arabic** (mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
