Position Title: Spares In-Charge
Location: HUBBALLI
Department: SPARES DEPARTMENT
Reports To: Accounts Department
Type: Full Time
Salary Range: 10,000 - 13,000

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Inward and Outward Spares Management**: Handle all incoming and outgoing spare parts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Inventory Management**: Maintain and manage the spare parts inventory, ensuring all items are accurately logged and stored in their designated locations.
- Inventory Reporting**: Conduct weekly inventory audits and provide detailed reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.
- **Dispatch Coordination**: Dispatch spare parts to customers through various transporters, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Share waybills with customers promptly.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the spare parts store neat and tidy, ensuring all items are organized and easily accessible.
- **Excel Management**: Maintain and update the inventory records in Excel, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- **Purchase Orders**: Prepare purchase orders for spare parts that are low in quantity, ensuring timely replenishment.
- **Customer Follow-up and Marketing**: Follow up with new customers, market spare parts, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- **Warranty Claims Management**: Handle warranty claims, including sending defective parts to the company and processing claims on a monthly basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in spare parts management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of purchase order processes and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, agriculture) relevant to spare parts.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Previous experience in marketing and achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of warranty processes and claims management.
