Maintain accurate records of inventory levels stock movements inward and outward Conduct regular physical stock checks in store and reconcile with inventory records Ensure proper handling labelling and storage of goods to prevent damage Organize the storage layout for efficient space utilization and easy retrieval of stock Coordinate with the purchase department to ensure timely replenishment of stock Check the quality of incoming materials and talk to suppliers for any discrepancies Help in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to ensure cost-effective and best quality procurement Ensure the availability of materials required for production on time Work closely with the production team to plan material requirements based on production schedules Maintain up-to-date records of inventory including stock levels stock movements and expiry dates Generate regular inventory reports for management review Utilize inventory management software to track and manage inventory and keep it up-to-date Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Store management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
