**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teaching**:
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on front office operations, customer service, and hospitality management.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Provide hands-on training in front office software, reservation systems, and communication skills.
- **Student Mentorship**:
- Guide and mentor students in both academic and practical aspects of front office operations.
- Provide career advice and assist students in their internship and job placement efforts.
- **Course Development**:
- Assist in developing and updating the curriculum to reflect industry trends and requirements.
- Integrate modern front office technologies and customer service techniques into the teaching modules.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:
- Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and practical tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
- **Industry Collaboration**:
- Foster relationships with hospitality industry professionals to stay updated on trends and practices.
- Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops to enhance students' learning experience.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other academic activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and contribute to the overall improvement of the academic program.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in hospitality management and front office operations.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences to continuously improve teaching skills.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry.
- Prior teaching experience in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in front office software and hotel management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
