**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other related services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized travel solutions and responding to client inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and offers for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales using CRM software.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Assist clients with travel-related issues, such as itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency situations.
- Attend travel industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional knowledge and contacts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in travel sales, travel consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
