1. **System Maintenance and Monitoring**
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.

2. **User Account and Access Management**
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Implement and maintain Active Directory (or similar directory services).

3. **Network Administration**
- Support and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), VPNs, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

4. **Security Management**
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and monitor for security threats.
- Manage antivirus, firewall, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Ensure secure backup and recovery systems are in place.

5. **Backup and Disaster Recovery**
- Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure data integrity.

6. **Technical Support and Troubleshooting**
- Provide technical support to employees or clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.
- Generate reports on system usage, performance, and incidents.

8. **Hardware and Software Management**
- Install and maintain hardware (servers, routers, switches, etc.).
- Manage software licensing and ensure compliance.

9. **Virtualization and Cloud Management**
- Manage virtual machines and environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Support and administer cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

10. **Policy and Compliance Enforcement**
- Enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
- Conduct audits and assist with regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
