**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding IT training programs, courses, certifications, and career paths.
- Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to help students choose the right course based on their career goals, background, and interests.
- Guide students through the registration process, ensuring all necessary forms and payments are completed on time.
- Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Represent the institute at educational events, and seminars to attract prospective students.
- Report on admissions performance, including conversion rates, leads, and student feedback.
- Work closely with faculty and administrative staff to ensure that students have the necessary information about course schedules, materials, and academic support.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in student counseling, sales, or education-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with prospective students.
- Ability to multitask and manage various tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and relevant certifications is an advantage.
