We are looking for Sales Executives for Field job. We are headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. These positions are based in **Every DISTRICTS** of **West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam, Sikkim**.

You will perform the following job functions
- Add revenue by actively promoting company's products and execute growth strategies.
- Interact with customers to solve their problems.
- Partner with our Channel Partners to provide routine sales support in the field.
- Field sales - Generate leads from Field & follow up with them on calls & WhatsApp.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Research potential leads from real estate directories, web searches, or digital resources. Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, references, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients. Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.

- Sales Experience of 1+ years.
- Familiar with the geography and market understanding of the city.
- Customer service, organizational skills and strong work ethic.
- Knowing the local language is mandatory.
- Very strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Above all, a great attitude and a sense of ownership.
- Excellent computer skills (knowledge of MS Office).
- Ability to travel and stay at customer site.
- Ability to work in variety of Industrial conditions.

Min Exp: 1 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
