**Mobile and Web Solutions** is a leading web and app development company based in Indore, India. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth for the company.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1.5 - 2+ years Hands on experience with **bidding via portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and others.**:

- Experience working with a technology company and any experience with **Resource Staffing** and **LinkedIn**for building connections and generating leads is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Online Bidding on **Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.**:

- Responsible for **Resource Staffing** and using **LinkedIn**for building connections and generating leads.
- Responsible for Lead generation, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, follow ups, and also coordination with the technical team.
- Creating Business Proposals, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required.
- Must have Excellent English Language Fluency (Written communication & Verbal Skills)
- Technical Knowledge about the current trends in Web and App designing and development is mandatory.
- Be able to co-ordinate with clients (Scheduling meetings and calls).
- Experience with interacting with clients in US, Canada, Australia, UK Countries.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short
- and long-term business development plans.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
