We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Upwork Bidding Expert** with 1-2 years of experience in managing and winning freelance projects on Upwork and other similar platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, bid, and secure relevant projects on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their requirements.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of proposals to successful projects.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
- Keep track of bids, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Regularly update management about lead generation and project acquisition status.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and client handling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to draft professional and persuasive project proposals.
- Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, and Digital Marketing.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
