**Position**: Logistics Executive
**Location**: Ghaziabad
**Experience Required**: 1+ Years
**Industry Preference**: Mechanical/Automobile
**Salary**: Up to 20,000 INR per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure proper handling of inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Oversee loading and unloading of materials and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor logistics schedules and address any delays or issues promptly.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Update inventory management systems and generate periodic reports.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and inventory for audit and reference purposes.
- Prepare and verify necessary logistics and warehouse documents.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve logistics-related queries.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: ITI in Mechanical/Automobile or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in logistics, preferably with warehouse experience.
- **Skills**:

- Average communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/automobile industry logistics.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
