**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage transport operations for e-commerce business, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Plan routes and schedules for line haul, part load, and last mile deliveries using Route3 software.
- Oversee fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and driver logistics.
- Coordinate with branch operations teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation plans.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time performance, fuel efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- 4-9 years of experience in transport operations or related field (logistics/supply chain).
- Strong understanding of FTL (full truckload), LTL (less than truckload) shipping modes.
- Proficiency in route planning tools like Route3; knowledge of GPS tracking systems an added advantage
