**Position**: Customer Response Executive

**Location**: Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work relating to Digital platform, Product Promotion etc.
- Responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through **chat **. Should possess the skills to be able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear, and concise manner.
- Good analytical skills
- Good Knowledge of excel
- Good communication skills
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle stress and pressure

**Educational Qualification**:Graduation

**Experience (in years)** Fresher’s / 0 to 12 months

**Industry Preferences**: Preferred BPO / Call Center /Digital Marketing

**Working Hours**:
6 Days a week

Pay: ₹10,212.13 - ₹15,000.71 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
