Customer Response Executive

**About the role**:
We’re searching for a talented and passionate Customer Response Executive to join our CoE - Managed IT Services delivery team.
You will be responsible for managing administratave work in our customer's environment to support them in procurment and expense management.
Responsibility:
- Monitoring of Service Desk
- Keep records of annual service contracts of the Vendor
- Raising and managing general orders and Annual service contract orders in procurement system to meet required services
- Provides support across the team in the area of procurement/invoicing along with the related toolsets/workflows
- Monitoring telecom inventory for their site and ensure potential saving in terms of cost.
- Handling tickets related to service delivery.
- Interacting directly with vendors/suppliers with regards to Quote, payments and ensures smooth operational relation
- Interacting directly with Accounts Payable to ensure process with regards to invoicing & payments
- Sending monthly reports related to usage, Mobility, RSD to track and maintain cost and services
- Updating vendor as well as customer invoices files regularly
- Updating Change Management system daily to keep a track of the ticket counts across all teams.
- Provide assistance with regards to order related issues in procurement across
- Support across all disciplines in EMEA With a focus on:
- Expense management
- Procurement/Invoicing
- KPI/Reporting
- Helpdesk/Knowledge Base maintenance
- Audit
- Driving efficiencies across the estate
- Maintains library of associated materials for all equipment, processes, and procedures.
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience on similar role
- Excellent communication skills (Strong Verbal and Written Skills)
- Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) is a must
- Experience in Advanced Excel, Macros & VBA is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL process
- Experience of creating status reports
- Experience of negotiating with vendors
