DESIGNATION: Tower In charge (Site In charge) - Execution

JOB PROFILE:
1. Team Management

2. Ensuring Execution as per Timelines.

3. Technical Feasibility and Site Management

4. Contractor Management

5. Handling Execution related issues on site.

6. Studying the work plan submitted by the contractor and to work accordingly.

7. To watch and inspect the work and assure that the work is being done in full accordance with the drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities.

8. Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the procedure established by the consultant.

9. Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant.

10. Ensuring the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications, to designs and quality of materials

11. Checking of layout as per the existing structures and site requirements.

12. Preparing list of tests that may be required and following these tests to be carried out at site. Keeping a log of all tests conducted at site.

13. Checking and testing of completed works and taking photos on a regular basis and also on account of defective work.

14. Checking and ensuring that the site is arranged as per the site management plan and that all measures are taken for site safety and the safety of the third parties in the vicinity of the site.

15. Preparation of list of critical items and its close monitoring.

16. Maintain a filing system for all site memos and instructions, measured quantities of work and materials on site, reports and other documents and correspondences.

17. To maintain compliance of comments on defective or rejected work in the site order book.

18. Update of work plan of the contracts and duly maintaining an electronic library of photos of the progress of the works

19. Maintaining records of all the activities held at site.

20. Actively work on ERP

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
