**Job Purpose**
- To ensure smooth Finance Operations at Corporate / Circle along with SSC. Coordination mainly for R2R, IVT, P2P, Tax and others for all Infra matters as and when required.
- Own and drive all matters relating to Network Infra Cost, Network Infra vendors, SCM and co-ordination with Cross-functional Teams at Corporate, Circle, SSC.
- Responsible for Monthly Closing, Provisioning, Variance Analysis, Dispute resolution, GST Reconciliation for Network Infra Cost.
- Ensure adherence to all corporate guidelines and closure of all the requirements from time to time
- To work out alternative methods for re-imbursement of energy charges to Infra vendors
- To Drive and enhance Process Streamlining / Automation

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Monthly Accounts Closing, Provisioning, Variance Analysis and related reporting of Network Infra Cost. Interaction with auditors, and resolution of queries thereof.
- MSA (Master Service Agreement) / Agreement Review Critical Analysis of changes in MSA and their impact on incremental cost / savings, Advice to circle on MSA query and interpretation on understanding of provision and compliance thereof at circle end
- Devising Accounts & Finance Processes / Standard Operating Procedures and monitoring implementation thereof at SSC / Circles. Identifying automation of various processes.
- Implementation and renewal of Energy Fixed Cost model on annual basis with appropriate efficiency / discount on renewal and work out the methodology with other operators for migrating to energy FCM from pass thru methodology
- Reviewing Finance Operations at SSC / Circles and supporting / advising on various process / activities along with Co-Ordination between Circles and SSC.
- Interaction with Network Infra vendors and Cross Functional Team at Corporate for various requirements, communication, reporting and resolution of queries.
- Management reporting and presentation of Network Site Related cost, Disputes, Various MIS and statistics as requested by management and cross function teams at corporate.
- GST Reconciliation and related compliance & Reporting to ensure there is no loss of GST input

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Analytical capability with Network Infra Business insight.
- Influencing skills, ability to connect with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Power Point Presentation,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
