Job Title: Senior Executive

  • Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Executive is accountable for fostering strong relationships with customers across assigned territories/accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive monitoring and regular feedback.

  • Chemical Dosing and Inventory Management:

The Senior Executive ensures that appropriate chemical dosing occurs at all sites and manages on-site inventory in accordance with purchase order values. This involves maintaining a close eye on inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Maintaining guaranteed performance parameters as per established protocols is crucial to the role. The Senior Executive is responsible for daily report submission and regular submission of monthly/weekly reports for assigned sites. Additionally, they must ensure accurate and timely data entry into the ChembondFlux online portal.

  • Customer Engagement and Safety Protocols:

Regular visits to prescribed customers are essential, and the Senior Executive must review water parameters and guide Site In-Charge (SIC) personnel to maintain these standards. Furthermore, they must ensure adherence to safety protocols at all sites.

  • Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, candidates should possess a B.Sc degree in Chemistry. A positive approach to responsibilities, proficiency in MS Office documentation, and punctuality are also expected traits.

  • Desired Skills:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas including water treatment, cooling tower management, specialty chemicals, chiller treatment, and customer relationship building.
