**Job Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our **International Voice Process** team. As an International Voice Process Associate, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing world-class customer support to clients across various international markets. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer issues, providing solutions and escalations where necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
- Process orders, updates, and inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM and update customer records with detailed information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed KPIs, including quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within set timelines with a focus on quality and precision.
- Provide feedback to team leads or managers on recurring customer issues or concerns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a voice process is required
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and patience.
