**Job Title**:
International Voice Process - US Shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service.
- Record customer interactions and update systems timely.
- Meet defined service levels and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate.
- **Experience**:Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process (mandatory).**:

- **Skills**: Excellent spoken & written English, problem-solving ability, customer-focused approach.
- Flexible to work in **rotational night shifts (US timings)**.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **CTC**: ₹3.6 LPA - ₹4.8 LPA (based on experience).
- **Perks**: Two-way cab facility, PF, health insurance, performance incentives.
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office (Hyderabad ).
- **Working Days**: 5 days/week, rotational offs.
