We are looking to join our **International Voice Process** team, serving US clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls from US-based clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records with detailed interactions and transaction history.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and offer appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling customer inquiries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., call resolution time, customer satisfaction).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 7 months of experience** in an International Voice Process, preferably with US clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
- Ability to manage customer queries effectively and provide timely solutions.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving.
- Ability to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in handling customer service for the US market is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM software and call center tools is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
