- Handling customer queries, Solving queries of customers through Voice
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

**Shift Timing: Males**:

- 24*7 (Any 9 hours of rotational Day Shift)
- Female: Any 9 hours of Rotational Shift (6:30am - 9:00pm)
- Week off: 1 Rotational Off

**Salary & Perks**:

- Starts from 19,000/- to 27,000/
- Includes Variable Incentives
