
Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from UK-based customers. The role includes responding to customer enquiries, providing guidance throughout the travel insurance policy issuance process, and ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls from UK customers
- Issue travel insurance policies
- Log and resolve customer complaints in line with company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Education & Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
- Basic computer knowledge is essential
- Minimum educational qualification: SSC and Higher Secondary (Plus Two)
Key Competencies
- Flexibility to work any shift between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM UK time, 5 days a week (9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break)
- Availability during the induction period (no leave permitted during the first 3 months)

Compensation
- Freshers (Full-Time Employees): Gross ₹288,000 per annum
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
