**Job Title**: Sales Associate/Project Sales Head - Real Estate
**Location**: Bangalore

**Week off**: Wednesday of every week
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proven Experience in Real estate sales, Farmland sales experience can be an advantage
- Conduct property tours and presentations
- Present and promote real estate projects effectively to potential buyers.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations on various real estate properties.
- Generate and review sales and financial reports regularly
- Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to ensure brand consistency and sales targets are met
- Knowledge about real estate registration and documentation process and requirements.
**Key Requirements**:
- Any Graduate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of local real estate markets and property trends
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
- Highest client conversion ratio
