Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development - Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities in the lighting sector. - Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants.

2. Project Management - Coordinate with clients to understand their lighting requirements and offer customized solutions. - Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and tenders.

3. Sales Execution Close project deals by negotiating terms and conditions in line with company policies. - Ensure timely delivery of products and services as per project timelines.

4. Market Research - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in lighting solutions. - Provide insights for improving product positioning and sales strategies.

5. Collaboration - Work closely with the design, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns targeting project clients.

6. Customer Relationship Management - Maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
