**Job Title**
Executive/ Senior Executive
- Sales and Marketing
**Reporting Supervisor**
**II. JOB PURPOSE**
To work within the max health care team, and identify potential patient for homecare services and convert them for the same. Achieve monthly targets.
**III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Core Responsibilities**
- Sales approach, should be able to drive targets, engage with all the influencers to identify potential patient for homecare services.
- Perform of comprehensive assessments of potential patients on daily basis and convert patient for homecare in coordination with treating consultant and patient relatives and nursing team leader.
- Financial counselling and obtain a valid consent.
- Identify the patient care needs, convert and intimate concerned team for competent manpower, equipment’s and consumables for smooth functioning.
- Maintain and build good relations with the key influencers/ Stakeholders in the spoke.
- Accurately and timely completion of all documentation, supervisory assessments and evaluations and preparation of monthly report.
- Ensures compliance with Max healthcare and home care policies and procedures.
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological support to patients and families.
- Provide regular updates to treating doctor in coordination with Nursing TL.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among home healthcare teams and Max hospital by communicating information; responding to requests.
- Ensuring and monitoring Complaint/Grievance redressed be time bound.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- Maintain and update the Sales Data daily.
- Prepare all the MIS related to the Homecare patients.
- Take new initiatives to increase business.

**V. JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Minimum Qualifications**
Graduate

- Minimum 1 years of experience in home healthcare/ hospitals/ pharmaceutical industry.
