Similar field in any Fabrication industry + Suitable Experience in ISO Documentation & EHS

OHSAS 18001 implementation. Should be familiar with ECOVADIS implementation & its

documentation.

**Job Description**:

- Working as an MR for ISO Audit, QMS Activities, conduct Internal/External ISO audit,

conduct 8D, CAPA, Fish bone diagram, Why Why analysis, Risk Analysis,5S, 7 QC tools,

Kaizen, MRM, Department wise Audit, DCN, Document Controlling, Materials tagging etc.

MR
- Perform Audits: ISO 9001:2015, internal audit, Vendor audit.
- Design and Implementation of QMS system.
- Monitor performance of Quality Management System to ensure effectiveness and

efficiency.
- Prepare Risk Assessment as per process requirement for newly installed processes and

approach.
- Prepare Root cause analysis reports for Non-conformance observed, Implementation

of corrective & preventive action.
- Good in customer complaint solving with NC, CAPA, 8D,Root Cause Analysis, PDCA Cycle,

RISK REGISTER etc.,
- Prepare, Maintain & monitor all QMS documentation.
- Maintain 5S, KAIZEN etc.
- Conducting process improvement & maintaining consistency through PDCA and SIX

SIGMA methodology.
- Analyzing and interpreting Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) data to identify trends in

performance and giving input to management.
- Resolve customer complaints, Field complaints & market requirements. Eliminate by

doing root cause analysis
- CAPA & 8D.
- Maintain & monitor EHS (OHSAS 18001) related activities & its implementation.
- Implement ECOVADIS related activities & increase the Score by effective

implementation.
- Arrange Monthly/ Weekly MRM (Management Review Meeting) for Last Planning

Achievement & current status, Target and requirement of supports & Improvement in

order to increase Business Volume.
