**Medical Representative (MR) - Job Description**

A **Medical Representative (MR)** is a key link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals. Their primary role is to promote and sell their company's medicines, products, or medical equipment to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**: Meet doctors and pharmacists to promote products, explain benefits, usage, and side effects.
- **Sales Achievement**: Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with competitor products, industry trends, and customer needs.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of daily visits, sales, and feedback; report to area or regional managers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay well-informed about the company’s product line, scientific research, and new launches.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support team members.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident personality
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and products
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel extensively

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields)
- Previous sales experience in pharma is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
