**Position Title**: Medical Representative
**Location**: Mumbai
**Reports To**: [Sales Manager/Regional Manager/Area Sales Manager]

**Job Overview**:
A Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. This role involves driving sales, increasing market share, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure the effective promotion of the company's products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion & Sales**:

- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure growth in the assigned territory.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, accounts, and key healthcare providers.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Regularly assess market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to provide insights to the sales team.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, competitor products, and potential sales opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key healthcare professionals.
- Organize and attend medical conferences, workshops, and seminars to network with healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to educate clients effectively.
- **Territory Management**:

- Manage and prioritize a defined sales territory.
- Plan and schedule daily visits and follow-ups with key healthcare professionals.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, product usage reports, and customer feedback for management.
- Keep accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and market conditions.
- Submit detailed reports on product performance and sales activities.
- **Compliance & Ethical Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards in all promotional activities.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and product-related developments.
- **Training & Development**:

- Participate in training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Stay informed about the latest medical research, treatments, and therapeutic areas relevant to the company’s product portfolio.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
