Draft, review, and manage development agreements, JDAs, MOUs, lease deeds, and sale agreements
- Ensure legal due diligence for land acquisitions and verify title documents
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies
- Prepare documentation and maintain compliance under RERA and other real estate regulations
- Handle dispute resolution, legal notices, and assist in litigation follow-ups
- Support landowner negotiations and legal structuring of JV/SPV deals

**Requirements**:

- LL.B. or equivalent qualification; registration with Bar Council preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate legal work (developer or law firm)
- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra land laws, RERA, MIDC/N.A. procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong drafting and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
